Mi Via Self-Directed Waiver – Consultant Services
CDNM has a team of Consultants who help participants using the Mi Via Self‑Directed waiver. Our Consultants act as guides and advocates for New Mexicans on the Mi Via waiver. They play an important role in helping participants and their families manage their own services and supports.

Our team of Support Brokers is here to help people in New Mexico’s Self‑Directed Community Benefit program manage their services. Our Support Brokers work to empower individuals, offering support in navigating the system without replacing the role of the care coordinator.
