Work Injury Hotline

Caregivers injured on the job MUST report their injuries immediately. We value workplace safety and have an active Early Return to Work program for injured caregivers.

We have a toll-free line and email address for you to report work injuries. These are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Steps to follow if you have a workplace-related injury or illness:
Seek Medical Help if Needed

If your injury is serious or life-threatening, call 911 immediately or have someone take you to the nearest emergency room.

To ensure proper support, inform the Operator that you are caring for someone who cannot be left alone.

For Non-Life-Threatening Injuries

If medical treatment is needed but it is not an emergency, seek medical attention after ensuring appropriate care for your client.

Report the Incident

Call the Work Injury Hotline to report all workplace incidents, injuries, or illnesses as soon as possible.

Fraud Prevention

Fraud prevention, education, and reporting are among Consumer Direct Care Network’s most important responsibilities.

It is your responsibility to recognize the signs of fraud. Learn about your rights and responsibilities in preventing and reporting fraud in this fraud prevention video.

All cases of possible fraud and program abuse should be reported immediately. To report suspected Medicaid fraud, contact New Mexico’s Human Services Department.
